“Hitachi no Kagayari” is rated by Shiseido Parlor Chef as one of the best tasting branded pork he has ever eaten.
The sweet-tasting fat is finely incorporated into the red meat as “sashi”, and the exquisite pasteurization is done to maintain a moist texture that captures the flavor. One is simple, and the other is sautéed with herbal breadcrumbs and served with a fond de baud-based sauce.
please eat.

What is “Hitachi’s brilliance”?
“Hitachi no Kagayari” is a Sangen pig produced by crossing three breeds of pigs. It is produced by breeding the Duroc strain pig “Rose D-1”, which took seven years to create by the Ibaraki Prefecture Livestock Center’s Pig Farming Research Institute, as the sire. “Rose D-1” has the ability to increase the fat percentage in lean meat, making it possible to produce pork with good quality. In addition, by repeatedly raising the pork using a uniquely designed and formulated “brand-specific feed,” we further improve the tenderness, flavor, and aroma of the meat, resulting in high-quality pork. “Hitachi no Kagayari” has marbled lean meat, which gives it both tenderness and flavor, and it has received high praise from famous chefs. It is a luxurious pork that allows you to enjoy the flavor of the meat and fat, as well as the aroma, from parts such as loin and fillet to thighs.
