“RICOH CWS” is one of the company’s “Trade Form DX Series*” and is a legal support cloud service that supports DX of a series of processes related to contract work between companies. In addition to providing operational support from the legal front, such as legal consultation and contract checking, to contract creation, this service allows for centralized management of contracts after electronic contracts are concluded. *Trade form DX series: A group of services for digitizing various operations.We provide a group of services that solve problems related to business-to-business transactions through digitalization, such as ordering and billing solutions for business partners and finance solutions. .

■Background of introduction
At RICOH CWS, we were faced with the following issues while promoting product management. [Issues faced] – It took a lot of man-hours to collect evidence that influences development decision-making, such as feedback from customers.
・There was a sense of challenges in visualizing data and establishing a decision-making flow in order to carry out development with a sense of satisfaction among the team.
・As there are many products, there was a need to build an effective product management workflow.Therefore, we implemented a series of product management tasks such as gathering customer requests, determining development priorities, and coordinating with
stakeholders. We installed Flyle to streamline and advance our processes.
