“FORTUNE MOON CAKE (Location: Aoba Ward, Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, Management Company: Kasserine House Co., Ltd., Head Office: Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Representative Director: Mana Takeya)” will be announced in May 2024. We held our grand opening on the 1st (Wednesday) at 11:00 a.m. at Tekute Sendai on the 1st floor of JR Sendai Station.

“SNOW SKIN”
Unlike traditional baked mooncakes, these are semi-baked mooncakes that are as smooth and chewy as snow.
Finished with a milky taste that Japanese people like.
RYOKUTOU mung bean cake (mung bean cake)
It is made by steaming mung beans, which have been used in Chinese medicine and medicinal dishes since ancient times, adding butter and sugar, and carefully straining them. Mung bean cake wrapped in red bean paste is characterized by its elegant sweetness and crumbly texture.
