[Miyako Hotel Yokkaichi] Parfait “Yokkaichi Melon” limited to 10 meals a day is on sale!

Yokkaichi (location: 1-3-38 Yasujima, Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture) will be offering parfaits at the 1st floor restaurant and guest lounge “Palmiere” from June 1st (Saturday) to June 30th (Sunday), 2024. We will be selling “Yokkaichi Melon” in a limited quantity of 10 servings a day. Yokkaichi melon grown in a greenhouse in Shanghai Old Town, Yokkaichi City. We selected only one melon from each plant and concentrated the nutrients to create a luxurious melon with a sweet, mellow aroma. Enjoy a colorful and refreshing parfait in an open space.

■Parfait “Yokkaichi Melon”
Palmier parfait with a different theme every month. June’s theme is “Yokkaichi Melon.” I used cantaloupe grown in a greenhouse in my hometown, Shanghai Old Town, Yokkaichi City. The flesh of the melon is hollowed out into bite-sized pieces that fill your mouth with juicy sweetness and a rich aroma. It is decorated with chocolate with a butterfly motif, making it cute and refreshing in color.

The greenhouse muskmelon grown locally in Shanghai Old Town, Yokkaichi City is a melon that can enjoy a rich sweetness by selecting only one ball from each plant and concentrating nutrients.
