[Dore] will deliver two types of sweets with different textures, “Dore Galette Carre” and “Dore Financier”, which are made with Yachimata peanuts, to everyone who loves peanuts!
“Dre Galette Carré” is a filling with diced peanuts wrapped in buttery galette dough and baked to a crispy texture that melts in your mouth. Enjoy the sweetness and aroma of peanuts.
“Dore Financier” is made by adding peanut paste, peanut powder, and almond powder to the dough and baking it carefully. The peanut dice are added as an accent, and the sweetness and flavor of peanuts spreads in your mouth. This is a masterpiece that you can enjoy with its moist and fluffy texture.

The best peanuts in Japan have been carefully selected and selected. Approximately 75% of domestic peanuts are produced in Chiba Prefecture. Among them, Yachimata City boasts the highest production volume in the country. The peanuts used in “Dore” sweets are carefully sourced by “Mamedokoro Ikemiya”, a company in Yachimata that has been processing peanuts for three generations.
We thought about how we could deliver peanuts that were aromatic, rich, and delicious, and while involved in the production sites of our contracted farmers, we focused on natural drying and shelled peanuts to bring out the flavor, resulting in a rich, sweet flavor that lingers in the aftertaste, and a pleasant feeling. It is characterized by a good texture.
The deliciousness of carefully selected peanuts, which can only be enjoyed because they are domestically produced, is packed tightly into the sweets.
