Yokohama Municipal Subway Station Hourly rental space now supports online reservations and payments
*～Start using store opening support platform “SHOPCOUNTER”～* The Yokohama City Transportation Bureau rents out concourses inside municipal subway stations, where many customers come and go, as hourly rental space to businesses that promote products and services, sell goods, and hold other events.

Until now, the procedure for using an hourly rental space required checking the availability over the phone, applying by email, receiving a permit by mail, and paying the usage fee at a bank counter. There was a need to reduce the burden on employees and authorities. In addition, since the number of stations used was limited, improving the utilization rate was an issue. For this reason, we decided to use “SHOPCOUNTER” because it not only simplifies the procedure and improves convenience, but also encourages new use by existing users of “SHOPCOUNTER.”
