“Employment Clean Planner (formerly known as Labor Trouble Counselor)” This is a popular qualification promoted by national policy that allows you to acquire the correct knowledge and literacy to survive in a harassing society. This is an online qualification course that is eligible for a human resources development support subsidy sponsored by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and is based on the needs of various fields, including the political and business world.

The number of consultations regarding power harassment has tripled in two years, and the number of troubles related to harassment is increasing year by year. It is essential to acquire the correct knowledge to survive in a harassing society by acquiring harassment literacy and freeing yourself from troubles in the workplace and interpersonal relationships.

Future topics that will continue to attract attention include the trend toward stricter penalties in the country (considering sanctions such as fines), and the strengthening of countermeasures for the obligation to set up a harassment consultation desk, which will become compulsory for all companies from April 2022.
