■ Benefits of this exhibition
As Japan’s domestic market continues to shrink year by year, it is natural and inevitable to expand sales channels overseas.
In particular, the United States has a population of over 300 million people, and is the only developed country in the world where the population continues to grow and incomes are also on the rise. It is politically stable, has significantly lower country risk than Asian countries, and the recent weak yen has been a tailwind, making it the most suitable country to expand into.

Under these circumstances, this exhibition is attracting the attention of many food and beverage companies as a place for test marketing* to learn about American tastes.
This is the 17th time, but from 2022, it will be certified as a platform by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and co-hosted with JETRO.
It is now held in this form.
■ About the organizer
The organizer, the American NPO Japanese Food Culture Promotion Association (JFCA), was established in Los Angeles in 2005.
JFCA was established with the purpose of spreading the correct Japanese food culture as Chinese and Korean-style Japanese restaurants and ingredients were on the rise, and has continued to be active in this area.
