“GVA Corporate Registration” is a service that allows you to automatically create registration application documents and attached documents in as little as 7 minutes by entering the details of the registration application. With a system that automatically reflects the information of the company applying for registration, you can create error-free documents with a minimum of input.
Since the service was launched in January 2019, the number of companies using it has increased, mainly young companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, and startups, with over 15,000 companies using it.
At the time of service launch, it was only compatible with
corporations, but in February 2023, it will be expanded to include limited liability companies, and in September, limited liability companies (special limited liability companies).
With this release, we have added support for creating registration application documents for establishment, transfer, and abolition of branches in stock companies. The registration application is completed by stamping the created document, affixing a revenue stamp (registration license tax), and mailing it to the Legal Affairs Bureau. We also offer a wide range of optional services, including the “Complete Automation Plan,” “Easy Mailing Pack,” and “Registration Transcript Option,” which reduce the hassle of applying. You can also purchase a set of revenue stamps, which are time-consuming to purchase.
Traditionally, the main options for registering a company change in commercial registration were to prepare and apply for the documents yourself, or to pay a fee to a judicial scrivener. However, for small and medium-sized enterprises, the repetitive registration work is a burden both in terms of costs and procedures.
