Tokai Rika Co., Ltd. (Head office: Oguchi-cho, Niwa-gun, Aichi Prefecture, President and CEO: Hiromi Ninoyu) and Kawasaki Tsurumi Rinko Bus Co., Ltd. (Head office: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President and CEO: Nomura)
Masato (hereinafter referred to as “Kawasaki Tsurumi Rinko Bus”) will be exhibiting for the first time at the “2024 Bus Tech Forum” to be held at Expo Commemorative Park on May 17th (Friday).

Our company and Kawasaki Tsurumi Rinko Bus have been conducting joint verification since February 2024 to commercialize a safety support system for the implementation of an autonomous driving society. Introducing products developed for future regional public
transportation.

-Main exhibition contents-
〇In-car passenger abnormality detection system
This system uses image recognition technology to detect unsafe actions that could lead to injury, such as passengers getting up from their seats while the vehicle is in motion, and supports safety.

○Remote monitoring system
Images from multiple cameras installed outside the vehicle can be combined and transmitted to a remote monitoring center in real time while maintaining image quality, allowing a single camera to monitor the driving status of multiple vehicles in operation and the conditions inside and outside the vehicle. can be monitored all at once on multiple computers. In addition, by installing an air washer on the camera, it removes raindrops during rain and ensures good visibility, making this a safe and secure remote monitoring system that reduces the burden on the observer.
