Out of 24,029 votes received during the campaign, the prestigious first place was determined to be the “Matcha Cream Ricotta Pancakes” that will be released in the winter of 2022. These popular pancakes are made with Ise matcha cream, served with warabi mochi and azuki beans, and go well with our signature ricotta pancakes and rich matcha cream.
