Development background
The waste treatment industry is an important social infrastructure that supports the foundations of urban life and industrial activities, but in response to the development and changes of industrial society, it is necessary to improve the sophistication of appropriate waste treatment and recycling and reduce CO2 emissions. We are forced to respond to various events such as initiatives. In order to respond to these challenges, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of business management operations through environmental DX. With support from the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, our company has been developing technology for “automatic vehicle dispatch for waste collection and transportation,” for which there was no solution until now. We have recently developed WasteForce(R), Japan’s first system for the waste treatment industry that integrates core business systems with automatic dispatch as a key technology.
Overview of WasteForce(R)
This is a system that integrates an AI automatic dispatch function that automatically generates daily dispatch plans for waste treatment businesses using AI, and functions that perform daily core operations such as customer management, order management, and billing management. We will improve efficiency by centralizing mission-critical operations that have previously been performed using various tools and paper, and further improve efficiency by incorporating vehicle dispatch planning operations, which have a high workload, into the core business system. .
