The global Metaverse market is expected to expand from $65.51 billion in 2022 to $936.57 billion in 2030*1. Furthermore, a survey shows that business leaders around the world are actively working on business utilization (Figure 1) and predict that the Metaverse will become a part of normal business around 2024-2025 (Figure 2). There are two results.

Until now, the business use of Metaverse space has been mainly for short-term operations, with many examples of use for concerts and events. However, in recent years, the number of companies that see the metaverse space as a business opportunity has rapidly increased. Continuous space management is required in order to firmly grasp business opportunities in the metaverse space. Specifically, there is a need for operational support such as attendance, customer service, and sales to meet the expectations of visitors.
Under these circumstances, it is difficult for companies to keep full-time staff dedicated to operating the space in order to continuously operate the space, and communication in the metaverse space is difficult to read from facial expressions, pauses, and gestures that can be done face-to-face. Securing human resources with extensive customer service experience and customer service know-how in the Metaverse has become an issue.
In order to solve these issues, we have decided to provide a “Metaverse space management support service” that utilizes Persol Marketing’s unique know-how.
