The plant-based egg “Ever” is a jointly developed product with Kagome Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture/President: Satoshi /hereinafter “Kagome”).
Egg (Ever Egg)*2 began with the release of the frozen type in March 2022, followed by the release of the room-temperature type one year later in April 2023, and expanded sales channels nationwide. Then, in response to customer feedback, both companies aimed to make the product even more delicious, and in March of this year, they renewed the room-temperature type*3.

In this way, while pursuing the deliciousness of the products themselves, 2foods has offered various plant-based recipes to help people learn about plant-based options. And this time, the renewed Ever
Taking advantage of Egg’s delicious taste and ease of arrangement, we developed an arrangement recipe with registered dietitian Kasumi Moaika. In order to let more people know and experience how easy it is to incorporate plant-based foods into their daily lives, we have created a recipe book with 7 types of arranged recipes and Ever. “Egg” is a product jointly developed by 2foods and Kagome, and is a plant-based egg that uses carrots and white kidney beans as raw materials, and has a fluffy texture using the two companies’ proprietary technology for half-cooked vegetables*4.
