MIRARTH Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo/Representative director: Mamoru Takahashi), a group company of MIRARTH Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku,
Tokyo/Representative director: Kazuichi Shimada), has acquired Japan Wind Power Development Co., Ltd. We will acquire wind power generation equipment developed by the company (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo/President: Satoshi Matsushima) and operate it as the “MWP Hokkaido Otobe Power Plant.” The annual power generation capacity of this power plant is expected to be approximately 10.05 million kwh/year, which is equivalent to the annual power consumption of approximately 3,000 ordinary households. This is also the second wind power generation project for the MIRARTH Holdings Group. Therefore, we would like to hold the completion ceremony on the following dates.
