A success of 255% of the target! Test sales of Nagasaki’s new specialty “Sonogicha x Kankoro Dorayaki” created by Isahaya
Agricultural High School and Sugitani Honpo have been completed. *Product presentation (location: Isahaya Agricultural High School) is scheduled for May 14th. Test sales of “Dorayaki” were conducted for 4 days from May 3rd (Friday) to May 6th (Monday) at Sugitani Honpo Main Store (Yasaka-cho, Isahaya City), and 1,022 units were sold, exceeding the target by 255%. I would like to inform you that I have done so.
We would also like to inform you that we have started accepting sales online. A commercialization presentation will be held on May 14th (Tuesday) from 14:00 at Isahaya Agricultural High School.

“Sonogi tea x Kankoro
“Dorayaki” is a collaboration of “Sonogi tea” from the Sonogi area, “Kankoro” from the Goto Islands, “flour” and “egg” from Nagasaki prefecture, and “sake” from the brewery “Kinokawa” in Isahaya. We have created a new Japanese sweet that can convey the charm of local products to the whole country. Industry and academia collaborated to commercialize products with the aim of increasing the popularity of Nagasaki Prefecture products and revitalizing the entire prefecture. The package design was created by Isahaya Agricultural High School students. I wanted to convey the cuteness and deliciousness. There are steamed Kankoro grains inside the bright Sonogi tea filling. You can enjoy the taste and texture.
