We have announced the opening of applications for the three categories of the Garmin Health Awards 2024, which celebrates solutions for innovative health and wellness programs.

The application process has also been simplified, with each applicant only entering in one category. Also new this year, the Expert’s Choice Garmin Health Award and People’s Choice Garmin Health Award will be selected by two groups of industry experts and summit attendees. Both winners will be announced at the Garmin Health Summit in Prague on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, and will receive up to $10,000 worth of Garmin wearable products.

■Category
You can apply in one of the following three categories:
Healthcare & Research University-level research, clinical trials, patient monitoring, digital therapeutics, rehabilitation, prevention, or other healthcare and research-related initiatives
Insurance & Employee Health Promotion Insurance/reinsurance programs, dynamic underwriting, biological age models (BAM), customer loyalty, health management, worker safety management, driver safety management, and other insurance and corporate wellness. Related initiatives Fitness & WellnessFitness, wellbeing platforms and other
activity-based solutions
*Entries are limited to one category for each applicant.
■Conditions
The solution or research project being reviewed must be established and current. Use a Garmin wearable watch, activity tracker, or smart scale *Please submit in English.
■Evaluation criteria
Recognized for customer benefits, scalability, uniqueness, innovation, and performance.
■Application period/schedule Application period: May 7, 2024 (Tuesday) to May 31, 2024 (Friday)
Finalists will be notified in June and will be asked to present in person at the Garmin Health Awards 2024. A panel of experts and summit attendees will evaluate solutions and programs during the event, and winners will be announced that evening.
