Food Diversity Co., Ltd. Representative Director Akihiro Mamoru Graduated from Chiba University. After traveling around the world in 2006, he joined Rakuten, Inc. in 2007. In 2014, he founded Food Diversity Co., Ltd. to disseminate information on restaurants that cater to diverse food cultures. In business areas such as vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, and allergy, we collaborate with local governments and administrations nationwide to conduct lectures and disseminate information to attract customers. InOutbound Tohoku Co., Ltd. Representative Director Raisa Nishitani He has been involved in Boy Scout activities since childhood, and while attending university in the United States, he wandered around 48 states as a backpacker and visited many national parks. In 2012, he founded Tabisuke, a local travel agency. We plan a number of unique tours that capture regional characteristics, such as the “Short-lived prefecture experience tour Aomori Prefecture will kill you.” In 2018, he moved his base to Sendai City and founded “InOutbound Tohoku Co., Ltd.” to focus on sustainable and adventure travel for inbound tourists.
