Food Diversity Co., Ltd. Representative Director Akihiro Mamoru Graduated from Chiba University. After traveling around the world in 2006, he joined Rakuten, Inc. in 2007. In 2014, he founded Food Diversity Co., Ltd. to disseminate information on restaurants that cater to diverse food cultures.
