Of the approximately 60 staff members in total, approximately 30 staff members who are in charge of entering the facility work shifts with variable working hours, including night shifts. Also, there was a situation where a lot of time was being taken up by creating shifts, so I thought it would be possible to solve this problem.
We decided to introduce the system in hopes that by using HRBEST to allocate shifts, we could reduce the mental burden on employees creating shifts and reduce work such as coordinating the number of people and hours.
