After that, he joined the management consulting firm ENERGIZE-GROUP. For four years, he mainly engaged in business consulting,
organizational consulting, etc. for startups, ventures, and small and medium-sized enterprises, and then became independent.
Participated in ourly as executive officer and CSO from April 2022. Current position from April 2023.

-Biography- After studying marketing and industrial organization theory at university, engaged in developing new markets for overseas business at Toray and Sony.
After working in the United States (Sony USA), joined Nitori Holdings. As the organization and personnel manager under Chairman Akio Nitori, he directed recruitment, training, and personnel system reform from the perspective of talent management.
After that, as an executive officer/CHRO at RENOVA (TSE Prime), a renewable energy power plant developer, he was responsible for formulating organizational and human resources strategies linked to medium- to long-term business strategies and implementing personnel measures, and became a leader in the world’s energy transformation (Green Focus on developing human resources.
Established Toitoy LLC in February 2023. He works with managers of multiple companies to support the development of future organizations based on “individual growth.”

In addition, he serves as an outside director at several companies. Engaged in general human resources work for 6 years as a human resources officer for a major company. Moved to Will Gate Co., Ltd., established the human resources department, and oversaw the administrative department/business department. After that, I started a business. Conducted consulting for over 200 companies.
In 2020, while continuing to manage the company, he joined Hajimari and launched “HR Pro Partners” and “HR University.” At the same time, he was appointed as the person in charge of “Human Resources” and “Public Relations.”
