Hiroshi (hereinafter referred to as Ricksoft) has released 5 plan menus for “Support Plus”, an operation support service for companies that use “Confluence”, “Jira”, etc. provided by Atlassian, Inc. (Japanese corporation: Atlassian, Inc.). It will be updated on the 14th of the month.

* ■“Ricsoft Support Plus” and the background behind its renewal – Expansion in the number of users and diversification of needs* Since 2009, Ricksoft has been supporting Japanese companies in implementing Jira and Confluence, including on-premises environments. In response to Atlassian’s Cloud First Declaration in 2020, Ricksoft We have started offering “Support Plus”, an accompanying support service for companies and organizations using Cloud (cloud version of Confluence, Jira series).

“Support Plus” is a service in which Ricksoft engineers who have obtained Atlassian certification provide support to customers in Japanese. In addition to responding to inquiries at our help desk, we also hold regular web meetings to answer customer questions and provide the latest information and features.

After launching the “Support Plus” service, Ricksoft has supported more than 130 companies in three years, while enhancing the service to meet customer needs, such as responding to inquiries via Slack and expanding the number of supported apps.

Some of our customers find that the current help desk menu provides too much support, while others have complex issues such as
organizational restructuring and authority settings and request multiple web meetings per month. Atlassian allows up to 150

As more and more companies adopt Enterprise plans, it has become difficult for RickSoft to provide sufficient support with traditional plans. Ricksoft will change its Support Plus plans from the current 2 plans to 4 plans in response to the diversifying needs of user companies.
