Illustrator/artist Natsuko Echizen attracting attention from various fields, Affordable Art Fair Hong will be held in Hong Kong from May 16th (Thursday)
Exhibiting at Kong 2024!
Starting May 16th (Thursday), Natsuko Echizen’s works will be exhibited at the Affordable Art Fair in Hong Kong.
Natsuko Echizen is active in a wide range of fields in the
illustration world, including advertising, character design, and displays for commercial facilities. This time, we will introduce the contemporary art gallery “Artaflo” in Hong Kong.
We will exhibit five works from “Collective”, “FLEURIR”, “SONGS”, “SHARES”, “TENDER”, and “encount”, at Affordable Art Fair Hong Kong.
Affordable Art Fair celebrates its 11th anniversary and will be holding the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition in May 2024.
It will be held at the Center. This year’s theme is to express the charm of the city through contemporary art and new installation works. The theme of Natsuko Echizen’s exhibited works is “coexistence.” It depicts a “Harmonious” world that represents a natural and peaceful connection, wishing for a relationship between humans, animals, and plants that respect each other’s individuality. Echizen learned from traditional Japanese painting. Drawing on his experience in illustration and character design, he creates expressive and attractive characters that defy stereotypes.

*Natsuko Echizen*
Illustrator/artist. Born in Ishikawa Prefecture, lives in Tokyo. As an illustrator, he is active in a wide variety of fields including advertising, book cover illustrations, music videos, anime character design, and providing works for apparel brands, while in recent years he has also released many of his own art works. His works are characterized by a unique worldview and storytelling that utilizes his experience in Japanese painting.
In addition to WAVE2019, 2020, and 2021, he will also participate in special exhibitions at Laforet Harajuku and the New National Museum of Art. Creative Expo Taiwan sponsored by the Ministry of Culture of Taiwan
/He has been expanding his activities overseas, including being selected as one of Taiwan’s Talent 100 – 30 young creators who are attracting attention in Asia.
