[Progressing employment of diverse human resources and the need for organizational change]
According to the Act on Promotion of Employment of Persons with Disabilities, which was revised in 2023, the legal employment rate for persons with disabilities was raised from 2.3% to 2.5% from April of this year. It is scheduled to be raised to 2.7% in 2025.
Additionally, with the revision of the Act on Stabilization of Employment of Elderly Persons in 2021, in addition to the previous obligation to secure employment up to the age of 65, it has become mandatory to make efforts to secure employment opportunities up to the age of 70.
In this way, society is now promoting the active participation of human resources with diverse differences and values, including people with disabilities and the elderly. On the other hand, it is not easy for a company to bring together diverse human resources and build an organization that can support the growth of working individuals while creating economic and social value.
In this webinar, we will introduce the five elements needed to transform into such an organization, as well as the actions and communication that each individual can take starting from a 5m radius. [Click here for details and application]

Over time, it is expected that social environments and practices, as well as the attitudes of many people who make up society, will become more inclusive. We can start working towards this even within a 5m radius around us. We hope that learning from inclusive communicators will serve as an opportunity for many people to deepen their thinking and practice regarding how to communicate and take action when aiming for an inclusive society.
