One of the most popular teahouses in the city, run by Nobumitsu Kobayashi, the owner who took over the family business for 30 years after training at a wholesaler for scissors for 6 years. He opened the roasted tea specialty shop “Kagashiya Buichi” five years ago. Received the Jury Special Encouragement Award in the Hojicha category at the Japanese Tea Awards 2023. He also serves as the chairman of the Snow Bear Curtain Association.
