Comment from Sushi Saito owner Takashi Saito
The biggest reason for this partnership was that we sympathized with TRUNK and the T&G Group’s philosophy of enriching society by transforming the hospitality industry. This is my first time entering the hotel industry, but I hope that this challenge will lead to the development of Japan’s proud food culture, including sushi. I am confident that by co-creating with President Nojiri, who is the same age as me, I will be able to make an impact on the world.
Comment from Yoshitaka Nojiri, Representative Director of TRUNK Co., Ltd. The industry is facing a variety of challenges, including a shortage of human resources for hotels and restaurants, sustainable food supplies both domestically and internationally, and operations at global standards. We hope that this initiative will provide a new solution to these problems and create innovation in the hospitality industry from the food and beverage sector as well.
