NTT Docomo, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Docomo”) has developed a point program in order to allow more customers to enjoy shopping at great savings every day, in light of the recent expansion of the point service market and the rapidly growing trend of the code payment market. “d POINT CLUB” (hereinafter referred to as “this program”) will be revised sequentially from October 2024.

In order to make it easier for more customers to receive daily benefits, we will review our benefits and make changes, new additions, and termination as described below.

1. Change in rank up criteria (ranking up to 2 stars is easier than before) From October 3, 2024 (Thursday), the criteria for 2-star ranking will be lowered from 100 points to 50 points. Customers who currently have a 1-star rank will be able to upgrade to a 2-star rank more easily than before, and will be able to receive the benefit of a 1.5x point multiplier. For example, if you are a subscriber to “eximo” (*4) or “ahamo” (*5), you can earn 50 points or more in 3 months, which will increase your rank to 2 stars. It becomes.
2. Changes to “Point multiplier increase benefit” (*6)
From October 3, 2024 (Thursday), in the “Point Multiplier Increase Benefit” that increases the d Point award multiplier at d Point member stores depending on the rank, the multiplier for 5-star ranks will be increased from 2.5x to 2x to 4x. The multiplier for star to 3 star ranks will be revised from 2x to 1.5x.
3. New establishment of “d payment benefit” (*7)
From October 3, 2024 (Thursday), in addition to the “Always Save” at d Point member stores, you will also be able to get “Always Save” when using “d Payment” when shopping at member stores in the city. If you use d Payment, we will be introducing a new d Payment Benefit, which will increase your d Points by up to +1%. 5. Termination of “Long-term use thank you benefit”
In light of recent changes in the business environment, we have been offering users of some rate plans (*12) as of the end of October 2024, the period of continuous use of Docomo line and d Point Club membership rank. Depending on your birth month, we will no longer offer the “Long-Term Usage Thank You Benefit” that increases the point return rate for “d Payment” (*13). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers who have previously used the “Long-Term Use Thank You Benefit”, but in the future, in addition to the “d Payment Benefit,” we will be introducing “Docomo Poi Katsu Plan,” “Bakuage Selection,” and more. understanding as we are changing the program to a program that allows you to easily accumulate d points throughout the year, not just the month, and enjoy shopping at a great value.
