TAs play an important role in game development, and are required to have an understanding of different occupations and technical knowledge, and their scope of work is wide, making them indispensable in game production. However, the current situation is that there are few people who are active as TAs, and there are not many opportunities to interact and exchange opinions. In order to improve this situation, C&R has held numerous seminars and social gatherings for TAs to obtain information and interact.
For this seminar, we will be inviting Yuta Arai from COLOPL Co., Ltd., which develops and operates smartphone games. Mr. Arai is the person who started the TA team at COLOPL, and has been engaged in TA management while expanding into runtime technology and art production. At the seminar, we will talk about the history of the TA team from its establishment to the present, team building, and TA’s organizational management, including recruitment, training, and evaluation of members. We are also planning an online social gathering after the seminar.
This seminar is recommended not only for current TAs working on the front lines, but also for personnel managers at game companies and students aiming to become game creators. If you are interested, please join us.
