*Many people said, “I can’t understand what the correction was intended for,” and “It’s hard to understand the corrections.”* In April 2024, STUDIO Co., Ltd. In conjunction with this release, we conducted a survey to understand the “actual state of design modification instructions in the web production process.” Based on the results of a survey from a total of 464 people involved in web production, this book summarizes the actual state of communication methods between clients and creators in web production, as well as the process for giving corrections.

In addition, 147 (31.7%) said “telephone”, 103 (22.2%) said
