The AI ​​Digital Productivity Association, a general incorporated association, and the operating company DXHR Co., Ltd. have
collaborated with the iCD Association, a general incorporated association (hereinafter referred to as the iCD Association) to create the industry’s first (*1) AI/DX business standardization framework, “Generative AI Dictionary.” ” development was completed in March of this year. DXHR Co., Ltd. (DXHR) will now begin offering training and reskilling menus using this framework, which describes the
compatibility of each business with AI and digital technology. In this training, participants will acquire the skills to take a
cross-organizational business inventory and implement AI/DX
accordingly, with the aim of developing human resources who will lead the implementation of AI/DX within the company.
*Background:*
Japan is the world’s oldest aging society, and the working population and domestic market continue to shrink, partly due to the declining birthrate. Under these circumstances, we believe that for Japanese companies to continue to grow, it is important to improve
productivity. Introduction of AI/DX and reskilling are attracting attention as countermeasures.

DXHR solves these problems faced by many Japanese companies, takes inventory of operations using the AI/DX business standardization framework, and develops standardized operations to improve corporate growth and business person engagement. We believe that the best solution is to develop in-house human resources who can think of the optimal combination of AI and digital technology.

* Training content:*
This training not only provides one-way training and an introduction to the functions of generative AI, but also provides a comprehensive curriculum such as how to create business flows and create a roadmap for introducing AI/DX. Through the training, participants will achieve the following:

・Business inventory and business flow creation using AI/DX business standardization framework and generated AI
・Understanding important points when using generative AI
・Creating an in-house AI/DX introduction roadmap
・Feeling improvement in productivity

Through this training, we aim to achieve the following effects: ・Companies that have difficulty securing profits due to poor productivity: Increase profits by improving productivity
・Companies suffering from labor shortages: Introduction of AI/DX helps reduce operational man-hours
・Companies having trouble securing AI/DX human resources: Developing human resources through reskilling and AI/DX introduction practices ・Companies with an increasing number of employees with time

* Utilization of subsidy: *
In addition, the fixed amount for this program is 400,000 yen per person, but by utilizing human resource development support subsidies, small and medium-sized enterprises can implement training for about 100,000 yen per person (curriculum of more than 10 hours) in the case of). By using this subsidy, even small and medium-sized enterprises can easily start reskilling and training human resources to introduce AI/DX.

* the next deployment:*
In the future, DXHR plans to provide total solutions that will help with productivity, human resource shortages, and AI/DX issues. This service provides training, consulting, development, environment construction, and productivity measurement in one package. Details will be announced in a press release later.

Generative AI has great potential to improve operational efficiency and create added value, but at the same time, new skills and knowledge through reskilling are essential for appropriate utilization.
