At “IVS2024 KYOTO / IVS Crypto 2024 KYOTO”, a joint project “HR GALLERY” will be held. #IVS2024
*Aiming to improve the mobility of human resources to startup companies. * IVS KYOTO Executive Committee (Headline Japan Co., Ltd., Kyoto Prefecture, Kyoto City) will be held from Thursday, July 4, 2024. “IVS2024 KYOTO / IVS Crypto 2024 KYOTO” will be held for three days on the 6th (Saturday) at Kyoto Pulse Plaza as the main venue.
A joint project held at IVS2024 KYOTO “HR GALLERY – A path that creates opportunities to learn about, think about, and move on to your career” (hereinafter referred to as “HR GALLERY”)
We will release the entire image of GALLERY. We are also recruiting exhibitors for some of the content.

■Overview of “HR GALLERY”
“HR GALLERY” is an area that solves startup HR issues and provides job seekers with opportunities to learn about careers at startups. You can deepen your understanding of the career plans provided by startups and experience real working styles through the four elements of “annual income,” “work style,” “will,” and “accessibility.” When changing jobs to a startup, there is a way of working that allows you to pursue your individual “will” without giving up. Use this opportunity to learn a concrete action plan to achieve the career you want and gain insights on how to succeed in the startup industry. We believe that improving the mobility of human resources is essential for the growth of startup companies. “IVS2024 KYOTO / IVS Crypto 2024 KYOTO contributes to Japan as a startup ecosystem.

■“Recruiting Gallery” HR support company booth exhibition (Day1/Day2) 2F：GROWTH AREA
This is an exhibition booth where companies that support the recruitment of startup companies gather. Start-up companies that actively recruit job candidates will experience the services provided by recruitment support companies and aim to create encounters that will lead to brushing up their own recruitment strategies.
■“Career Gallery” recruitment accelerating company booth (Day 3) 2F：GROWTH AREA
This is an exhibition booth where startup companies recruiting job candidates gather. We aim to create many encounters with job change candidates and actually get a start-up job change.
■“Career Studio” session (Day 3)
3F：PITCH PARK
This is a session where you can learn about the reality of startup companies from four elements: annual income, work, will, and familiarity. Managers and executives from Japan’s leading companies, from large corporations to startups, will talk about their thoughts on business, career theory, and the realities of working at a startup, creating an opportunity for participants to reconsider their own careers.

This event will be held in the evening as an official side event of IVS2024. Participants at IVS2024 will gather together to enjoy sake and promote networking with the aim of improving the mobility of human resources to startup companies.
