Our company, ONE-VALUE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo, President: Phi Hua), is pleased to report that we have been entrusted with the “2024 Tochigi Vietnam Support Center Project” by Tochigi Prefecture.

What is “2024 Tochigi Vietnam Support Base Project”?
Tochigi Prefecture centralizes coordination between the prefecture and the country’s government agencies, higher education institutions, private companies, etc., in addition to helping local companies develop sales channels in Vietnam, setting up business offices, attracting inbound tourists, and providing information on
highly-skilled foreign human resources. We have decided to establish the “Tochigi Vietnam Support Hub” (nicknamed “Tochigi Hub”) to provide support.
Tochigi Prefecture has continued efforts to build relationships with Vietnam, starting with Governor Tomikazu Fukuda’s top sales
performance in 2019. The “Tochigi International Strategy” formulated in 2020 positions Vietnam as a “pioneering stage looking five years ahead” in the fields of global expansion, attracting inbound tourists, and economic exchange. During this time, in addition to the governor’s top sales activities, Tochigi Prefecture welcomed the Prime Minister of Vietnam and signed memorandums and agreements with Vietnam’s Ministry of Planning and Investment and Vinh Phuc Province to create an environment for companies in Tochigi Prefecture to expand into Vietnam.
