After working as a supervisor at a major housing franchise, he established ThinkPass Co., Ltd., a management consulting company specializing in the construction industry. In addition to providing practical consulting in a wide range of fields, mainly for construction companies and builders, he also gives lectures on the latest housing circumstances from the perspective of a construction company manager.
Main lectures include “How to sell a house in an era of soaring prices,” “Proposing a plan full of mistakes that will get you an appointment but not a contract,” and “How 〇jo Construction Company and local construction companies can compete with each other in high-performance housing.” .
In April 2010, we established the National Housing Sales Certification Association, Japan’s first third-party certification body for housing sales skills, with the aim of improving the status and quality of custom-built housing salespeople.
