Nakamura Gakuen was founded in 1954 by Haru Nakamura, a pioneering female educator. At that time, Mr. Hull was 69 years old, and it was a passionate start to culminate the ideals of education that he had cultivated up until then. Many of our current students and alumni have taken this message to heart as they walk their respective paths, saying, “Flowers bloom through hard work” that Professor Hull left behind. Mr. Haru’s life story shows that hard work pays off, and he left behind these words in the hope that they will serve as a guideline in life.
