Decided to distribute a free entrepreneurship program for students, “BMC for Students.” Over the course of 12 weeks, we realized career education that changes behavior with colleagues.
*By meeting role models, we will build alliances in the educational field that will create “strong business people” who can choose to start a business or become independent during job hunting. * Paradigm Shift IDNet work’s Co., Ltd., which provides complete online salon programs (Head office: Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture, Representative Director)
Eiji Takasu) is the founder of Business Mafian, an entrepreneurship program for entrepreneurs and business owners seeking deeper business skills.
Club (BMC)” has produced 300 students. This time, we will distribute this program to students and strive to develop young people who can choose to start a business or become independent from an early stage.

1. Purpose of the project
This course will proceed based on the following objectives and objectives. the purpose

By implementing career education that emphasizes “presenting role models” for high school and university students, we encourage students to think about what work is and what a career is, and to have the options of “starting a business” and “independently.” We will contribute to producing young people who will participate in society.

Purpose of the project
Due to the collapse of the lifetime employment system, the
disappearance and diversification of existing jobs due to the acceleration of digital transformation and the emergence and acceleration of AI, new job types and career options are increasing in addition to traditional career paths. It is essential for students to understand these options and acquire the skills to deal with them before entering the workforce. Given this historical background, I think it is necessary to shift to career education that provides role models and allows students to consider from an early stage how they can form their own careers by starting a business or becoming an independent business owner.

You can choose the path that suits you from the options that are unfolding in front of you, acquire the skills to survive in the future global society, and fly into society with confidence. You can also seek advice when you are worried about not belonging to a large company. We launched this project to create opportunities to meet seniors.

2. Increasing need for career education
Career education is defined as “education that promotes career development by developing the skills and attitudes that form the foundation necessary for each individual’s social and vocational independence” (*1).
It was defined by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and has been actively implemented since 2010. However, the reality is that there are many students who are unable to independently and autonomously choose their own career as part of the process of transitioning from being a student to a member of society. At the level of information provision and consultation system regarding occupations and employment, career education
The current situation is such that we cannot keep up (*2), and there is a need to implement career education that will enable students to make career choices.

It is becoming increasingly important to explore forms of career education support that are not bound by conventional frameworks.

(1)Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology “The Future of Career Education and Vocational Education in Schools” 2010 (2) Mayumi Hori “Current status and issues of career education” 2016

3. “True career education” brought to you by 300 role models

The main goal of career education is to help each individual become socially and vocationally independent, and to develop the necessary skills and attitudes that form the basis of this. In other words, the most important purpose of career education support is to develop the skills that are essential for children to survive in society. In addition, diversification has expanded the range of careers that individuals can choose from, making it easier to envision a variety of future plans, but with so many options, it is often difficult to decide what you really want to do.

By creating contact with society at an early stage in student life, we create a cycle of “self-understanding” and “society’s understanding” and learn about the gap between one’s current abilities and the abilities required after entering society. We hope to create awareness and provide opportunities for students to take an active role in their student lives. When you feel anxious about the future or find yourself at a crossroads, I think it’s important to have someone close to you who can serve as a role model, so that you can make the right choice.

Our company’s “BMC” has a track record of helping approximately 300 business owners change their behavior and achieve business results through a self-exploration program. Through the practice of career education where you meet these “high-achieving managers and experts” at an impressionable time and experience the mindset and networking needed to take off in a diverse society, you will be able to achieve the SDGs implementation policy “all We will pave the way to realizing a society where people can play an active role and gender equality.
