From June 3, 2024, we started providing the ChatGPT service “AIbox” for corporations.
The technology is based on Azure Open
As an ASP service, we provide a chat screen developed by Snowlies using AI, a management function that allows you to view data uploads, usage history, etc.
Additionally, * we will be offering a free plan to the first 10 companies for the release campaign. * (Details, see below)
・Release background
In the back office of many companies, there is no dedicated in-house inquiry staff, and the person in charge of the original work handles inquiries concurrently. As we deal with a large number of inquiries on a daily basis, we believe that back-office productivity is being hindered and the productivity of the company as a whole is being harmed. Under such circumstances, we decided to commercialize Chat GPT’s technology in order to contribute to the reduction of inquiry work and provide an environment where users can demonstrate their true potential by utilizing Chat GPT technology internally.
*・What is AIbox?*
It is a system that appropriately processes data such as past inquiry data received within the company and internal documents, trains OpenAI, and responds to inquiries from employees via chat.
The management function provides functions such as registering data to be imported, chat inquiry history, and response satisfaction level. * In addition to providing the system, we also provide support including processing and tuning of the imported data to increase the accuracy of answers, as well as data improvement after the start of operation. *

We not only provide applications for chat screens and management screens, but also support data import for our customers.
In order to prompt AI to respond appropriately, it is necessary to process and tune the data it captures, but many services leave this up to the user, and are often unable to provide a satisfactory answer. As a result, it is easy to experience things like “I installed it but it doesn’t work” or “It’s not what I expected,” but with AIbox, our dedicated AI experts will support you to make sure you don’t fall into such situations.
・Assumed introduction companies
Companies that are having issues with responding to internal inquiries in the back office. (Can also be used for other purposes)
Companies that have already introduced some kind of chat response system, but are unable to receive satisfactory responses and are considering improvements.
・Security
We use Azure OpenAI service for AI. No usage data is sent to OpenAI. Also, Azure Open AI
No data is used to train Servece’s models. Therefore, you can upload data with confidence, even if it is a highly confidential internal document.

Available for initial cost + monthly usage fee.
Prices vary depending on the amount of learning resources and the number of monthly responses, so please contact us for an individual quote.
・Release campaign
Limited to the first 10 companies, we will run a campaign where the initial cost and monthly usage fee (for the first six months) are free.
Application period: June 3, 2024 (Monday) to July 31, 2024 (Wednesday) Maximum number of users per company: up to 100
