An original raw material from Fermen Station Co., Ltd., which uses its unique fermentation technology and ideas to build a society that regenerates and circulates unused resources, and upcycles them into valuable products.
Utilizing fallow fields in Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture, we produce rice that is produced using the power of nature, without relying on chemicals such as pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
The rice is fermented and distilled using Fermen Station’s proprietary manufacturing technology, and the ethanol that is produced is “Rice mash lees extract*”
The fermented lees left during production is also used as feed for cows and chickens, and is recycled with care without wastage. “Rice moromi lees extract*” can be used as a cosmetic raw material and has high expectations as a beauty ingredient because it has excellent moisturizing power.
