MYPLACE is located on the lobby floor of the Hilton Osaka, a 2-minute walk from Osaka Station, and is a convenient location for gatherings. The “Party Size Burger” is perfect for surprise parties such as birthdays, and Hilton Osaka’s executive chef Philippe Louis says, “At a celebration or party, you will be surprised by its size and impact, and you will feel satisfied when you eat it.” I devised it. There are two types of “Party Size Burger”. The beef used for the juicy charcoal-grilled patties is 100% black Angus beef, which weighs approximately 1kg and is dynamic. Rich cheddar cheese, crunchy fresh onions, lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes are added to double the deliciousness with two types of sauce: spicy BBQ mayonnaise sauce with Tabasco flavor and Caesar Parmesan mayonnaise sauce. Sandwiched with fluffy buns made with plenty of butter and eggs and baked to order. The top is decorated with french fries like a crown, creating a hearty “party-sized cheeseburger.” We also have the “Party Size Fish and Chips Burger,” which has fried white fish and plum-flavored tartar sauce to whet your appetite. You can choose the size for 4 to 6 people or 6 to 8 people.

Executive Chef Profile Philippe Louis
In April 2019, he was appointed executive chef at Hilton Osaka. French nationality. He has over 25 years of experience in luxury hotels. He started his career in France, where he studied under the genius chef Jacques Maximin, who was awarded a Michelin star at the time, and MOF chef Jacques Torres. After that, he gained experience at top hotels and restaurants around the world. Places of his success include Canada, Singapore, Australia, and Shanghai. Philippe’s experiences around the world have provided him with recipes from a variety of nationalities and a diverse aesthetic, leading to his current cooking style, which respects seasonal ingredients and incorporates local ingredients. He also has experience as executive chef at the Hilton Tokyo, and has a deep understanding of Japanese culture and food. ###
