*What is Nations League?
This tournament was newly established by the International Volleyball Federation (FIBA) in 2018 to replace the men’s international tournament “World League” and the women’s international tournament “World Grand Prix,” and is held once a year with a uniform competition format for both men and women. The world’s top teams, 16 men’s and women’s teams, will participate. In the preliminary round, each team will play 12 games to determine the ranking. The host country and the top seven teams from the preliminary round will participate in the final round, and the winning team will be determined by a knockout tournament.
