Now accepting applications for the 25th Commemorative Telework Promotion Award *Diverse ways of working may be possible through collaboration between people and digital! *
The Japan Telework Association, a general incorporated association, will begin accepting applications for the 25th Commemorative Telework Promotion Award from today. This award was established in 2000, and for a quarter of a century it has been the most prestigious telework recognition program in Japan. This year as well, we aim to recognize many innovative initiatives and contribute to the realization of flexible and diverse work styles.
Telework has been introduced by many companies and organizations in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, but there is now a need for further evolution, such as legal revisions and on-site responses using digital tools. It is also expected to be used in childcare and nursing care support, construction, logistics, and medical fields. However, as we see companies that have not yet introduced telework and a movement toward returning to the office, we would like to further promote the spread of flexible working styles.

3. Date:・Recruitment period: June 3rd (Monday) to September 9th (Monday) ・Award winner announcement scheduled for early November
・Award Ceremony December 9th (Monday) Venue: Osaki Bright Core Hall 4. Application qualifications: None in particular. Private companies, organizations, local governments, and individuals can also apply (application is free)
5. How to apply: Register a 3-minute YouTube video on the application site (the application video will be released after format review) 6. Judging committee: Composed of 7 experts, chaired by Kunihiko Higa, professor emeritus of Tokyo Institute of Technology
7. Judging method: Winners will be determined after a strict screening by the judging committee
8. Screening items: results and sustainability / novelty/uniqueness / ripple effect etc. set by category
9.Recruitment categories and awards:
[Practical division] [Contribution of dissemination/business creation department] [unique initiative section]
