Konoike Gumi was founded in Osaka in 1871 (Meiji 4). We are a general construction business with over 150 years of experience in 2024. We have been involved in architectural and civil engineering work throughout Japan since early on, and are now involved in the development of social infrastructure overseas as well. In addition, we have been one of the first companies in the construction industry to develop environmental technology, not just in the architecture and civil engineering fields. Unfortunately, not only the business content but also the company name itself is not well known in society. We directly expressed this feeling in the advertisement. ■Advertisement concept: “It’s a shame that you don’t know about it.” First, we want people to know the name of the company, Konoikegumi. We also want people to know about Konoike Gumi’s corporate philosophy and various initiatives. That’s what I thought.
