Regarding the event
The business environment surrounding companies is changing, such as intensifying global competition and shrinking domestic markets. As a result, the superiority of each company’s products and technologies is wavering, and there is a need to create new value and innovation. The main theme of MOT is to think about how to generate this innovation, and this study group will consider the technology management system to promote it, how to improve new organizational capabilities, and the process of research and development activities. . Under the
coordination of instructors, the curriculum is based on presentations and discussions of case studies from other companies, in which students learn hints that can be gained from practice.
This year’s theme is “Management perspectives that create innovation.” With trends such as DX and carbon neutrality attracting attention these days, we need to be an organization that can promote innovation through flexible collaboration and alliances both inside and outside the company and provide new business value to society that is not bound by existing business fields. This can be said to be a condition for companies to survive in the new era.
