Information on the start of Fender Flagship Tokyo neck/parts paid exchange service
Fender flagship store “Fender Flagship
Tokyo” will start a paid exchange service for guitar/bass necks and parts from June 4, 2024 (Tuesday).
In order to provide our customers with a comfortable shopping and playing experience, we offer the Fender Care Service.
”. Fender Flagship Tokyo or authorized dealers in Japan (list: here) ) will begin a new paid service in which necks and parts purchased at Fender will be replaced by specialized Fender staff.

* -Neck replacement-*
Neck replacement includes work by a repairman such as cutting the nut groove, rubbing the frets, adjusting the truss rod, and installing pegs. Fender
At Flagship Tokyo, we will properly install your neck and adjust your instrument according to Fender setup standards.

Neck replacement price (tax included)
Basic adjustment cost including fret alignment + neck adjustment + nut groove cutting + string replacement ¥22,000~
-Notes-
-The price of the replacement neck and pickup itself is not included. ・If replacement parts are not in stock at the store, they will be ordered. ・Depending on the neck selected, pegs may need to be replaced. ・Before using this service, please be sure to check whether the product is eligible.
・Made in Japan Traditional / Hybrid series manufactured before 2020 are made with the current neck.
We may not be able to accommodate your request due to incompatibility with the product.
・Guitars/bass from the old Fender Japan period before 2015 are not compatible with current neck products.
Therefore, we are unable to respond.
・Even in the case of compatible necks, due to shrinkage over time and individual differences, there may be differences between the body and neck.
There may be gaps, so we appreciate your understanding in advance. ・Due to individual differences even if the product is compatible, it may not be possible to replace it depending on the shape of the neck pocket.
We may refuse the work.
-We cannot accept products purchased second-hand.
* -Pickup/pickguard replacement-*
We also accept replacement work for genuine Fender pickups and PRE-WIRED pickguards that have the pickup and base wired in advance. PRE-WIRED pickguard product list:
