This is the final part of our survey on babies and sauna use! What do you guys at Mama Papa Sauna do when you actually take your baby to the sauna? We heard real voices!
What items are convenient to have?

The most common opinion was to bring something that would attract the baby’s attention and that would keep the baby from getting bored. This is not limited to saunas, but I think that moms and dads often unconsciously go to other hot spring facilities such as hot springs, or when waiting for something. Also, although this is a must-have item even for adults, some people said that it is a hydration drink. In this case, you may want to bring hydration items for your baby. There was also an opinion that something that people don’t often think of would be a coolant to put on their forehead.

One of the most common troubles when putting a baby in was “other people’s eyes”. It is not standard practice in Japan to put babies in saunas, so other customers often look at us in surprise. Not only that, but they can also burst into tears and cause trouble. There were also complaints of virus infections and not being able to stay inside for long periods of time.
And of course, there are still questions like, “Can I put my baby in a sauna?” Regarding this, as shown in the article Parts 1 to 3, the following is a guideline, so please use it as a reference.
