1. Details of long-term shareholder benefits
As announced in the “Notice Regarding Implementation of Shareholder Benefits” dated March 15, 2024, shareholders who own 3 or more units (300 shares) listed or recorded in Merchant’s shareholder registry as of October 31, 2024. We will be giving away 3,000 yen worth of Quo Cards to those who hold the Quo Card for one year from October 31, 2024. Or recorded shareholders, for one year from October 31, 2024, 3 units (300 shares) with the same shareholder number as the shareholder number listed or recorded in Merchant’s shareholder register as of October 31, 2024. 2. Presentation period
