An event for engineers “Beauty Tech Development Frontline” will be held! July 10th (Wednesday) 19:00 ~ [Shiseido/Paula Orbis/Istyle] *This event will be held for the purpose of letting female IT/web engineers know the appeal of working in the beauty industry. The beauty industry is very active in utilizing technology, and there is an environment where you can grow as an engineer. *
Famous companies in the beauty industry such as iStyle Co., Ltd., Shiseido Interactive Beauty Co., Ltd., and Pola Orbis Holdings Co., Ltd. will be on stage.

■ Regarding the event
At this event, we will introduce examples of the use of the latest technologies such as AI, AR, and VR in the beauty industry, as well as domestic and international trends. Three companies will be on stage: Shiseido Interactive Beauty Co., Ltd., Pola Orbis Holdings Co., Ltd., and istyle Co., Ltd., and they will talk about the cutting edge of the beauty industry and technology.
Additionally, we will invite female engineers active in the beauty industry as guests for a panel discussion on how to work in the beauty x tech field and the appeal of working at a business company.
bgrass Co., Ltd. has a vision of “realizing DEI through technology and community,” and is focusing on supporting the careers of female IT engineers. This event was planned to give female engineers who are interested in a career in the beauty industry an opportunity to learn about the latest trends in the industry and imagine a concrete career.

After working at a research institute in color measurement and image analysis of skin and cosmetics, and developing in-store skin analysis equipment, in 2010 he shifted his focus to digital content development. Currently, she is in charge of DX services such as virtual makeup, smartphone skin analysis, and skin genetic analysis at Shiseido’s digital subsidiary, and has been consistently involved in beauty tech since its inception.
