The award ceremony was held on May 29, 2024 at Osaka City Central Public Hall. The award is for buildings that have completed all 10 on-site audits conducted by Next Stage between April 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024, and awards are given to companies with the highest evaluation scores.
The evaluation is divided into two parts: the “Recommended Standards Course” (10 sessions in total, approximately 250 audit items set by Next Stage) and the “In-house Standards Course” (participating companies set their own audit items). . Each has a “building department” that evaluates the construction quality of each property, and a “company department” that evaluates the construction quality of the company as a whole.
The awards were received in both the “Buildings” and “Companies” categories of the “Recommended Standards Course.” In the Building Category, two properties received the Grand Prize and the Excellence Award, and all three nominated properties received awards.
We also received the “Best Award” in the “Company Category,” and the “Best Award” in both the “Building Category” and “Company Category.”
Why is construction quality important?
The recent trend in housing is toward higher performance, and performance numbers are attracting attention. However, to achieve this performance, construction quality and its management during

It is said that it is very difficult to ensure the quality of housing, even in the manufacturing industry, as it is impossible to check the construction quality if it is blocked by walls etc. Significance of winning the “Japan Housing Quality Award 2023” Since 2018, we at HALSA have introduced Next Stage external audits to all our buildings, and have continued to improve our construction quality as a construction company.
Winning the “Best Award” in both the building and company categories at this year’s awards is proof that Halsa’s construction quality is truly at the top level in the nation. It was shown that the
construction quality was also affected.
When building a house, it is an opportunity to draw attention not only to the numerical performance and differences in the materials used in houses manufactured by building material manufacturers, such as exterior walls, kitchens, and ventilation systems, but also to the differences in the construction companies themselves in terms of construction ability and construction quality.
