In order to achieve carbon neutrality in 2050, reducing energy consumption in the residential sector has become a major issue. The “Housing Energy Saving 2024 Campaign*1” is a subsidy system co-ordinated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Ministry of the Environment, and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.In order to strengthen support for energy saving in homes, the subsidy system is being run by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Ministry of the
Environment, and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Consists of four subsidy projects targeting renovation work that introduces housing equipment. Applications for grants will begin in March 2024, and the feature is that applications and payments can be made in one stop through collaboration between the three ministries. *2 Compared to the campaign implemented in 2023, new projects have been added. , more energy-saving products and equipment will be eligible, supporting energy-saving home renovations.
At this seminar, the person in charge of promoting the subsidy system will provide an overview of the campaign, as well as an
easy-to-understand explanation of the renovation work that is eligible for the subsidy and how to utilize the system. The content is designed to help customers who are considering remodeling in the future learn how to utilize subsidies, giving them a more concrete idea of a comfortable, secure, and energy-saving lifestyle.
