In Osaki Town, Kagoshima Prefecture, which has the highest resource recycling rate in Japan, “Fumufum”, a coworking and night cafe that serves as a base for interaction between local residents and immigrants, will open on June 7th!
*A talk event will be held between local people from 18:00 on the same day* Utsurohi LLC (Osaki Town, Kagoshima Prefecture, co-representatives: Kasumi Fujita and Yuyoshi Miyaji) will open Fumufumu, a social hub that combines coworking and a night cafe, in Osaki Town, Kagoshima Prefecture, which has the highest resource recycling rate in Japan, by 2024. It will open from Friday, June 7th. To celebrate the opening, a talk event will be held from 18:00 on the same day.

About “Fumufum”
“Fumufumu” is a social hub that combines coworking and a night cafe, where local residents and immigrants can interact and plan new things together.
The name “Fumufumu” means accepting the thoughts and feelings of various people as “Fumufumu” or saying “Fumufumu” alone.

* About Utsurohi LLC*
Utsurohi LLC was established in March 2024 by co-representatives Kasumi Fujita and Yuyoshi Miyaji. The two moved from Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture to Osaki Town in 2021. Co-representative Fujita is also active as a member of the Osaki Town Council, and he came up with this project because he believes that a base of exchange is necessary to promote town development from the bottom up.
