An online theater specializing in short films operated by Visual Voice Co., Ltd. (Shibuya Ward: Representative Director Tetsuya Bessho) “Brillia Short Shorts Theater Online (hereinafter referred to as BSSTO)” will be held in conjunction with the international short film festival Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia (hereinafter referred to as SSFF & ASIA) for four weeks from June 5th (Wednesday) during the festival period. We will be broadcasting a special feature on Swiss short films.

In this special feature to commemorate the 160th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Switzerland, “Helmut’s Birthday (Ich bin Helmut)”, which won the Grand Prix at SSFF & ASIA in the past, was nominated in the international category and explores good and evil. “The Silent Ones,” a thriller that explores human sexuality; “Death and the Winemaker,” an animation that also depicts humans’ obsession with life; We will be delivering “Drifting of Memories”, a fantastical depiction of a person entering a fantasy world in order to escape.

An online theater that distributes short films carefully selected by the international short film festival “Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia” every Wednesday. It started in February 2018, taking over the brand of “Brillia Short Shorts Theater,” a movie theater specializing in short films that operated in Minato Mirai, Yokohama from February 2008 to December 2017.
If you register as a member, you can always watch about 12 works for free. Although it is a short time, we aim to be an online theater that brings wonderful movies to your daily life that teach you about human kindness and strength and hints on how to lead a rich life.We also publish articles that will give you hints on how to incorporate movies into your daily life.
