Tokyu Livable Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President: Yoichi Ota) will open the sales and rental agency store “Kamata Center” (Ota-ku, Tokyo) on Thursday, June 6, 2024. We would like to inform you that we will be re-opening and moving to “FUNDES Kamata” (completed in March 2024), which is located along the rotary in front of the east exit of JR Kamata Station, where the ward office is located.

Kamata Station, which has access to three lines: JR Keihin-Tohoku Line, Tokyu Ikegami Line, and Tokyu Tamagawa Line, is within 30 minutes from major areas in Tokyo such as Shinagawa Station and Tokyo Station. You can also access Omiya Station without changing trains. Additionally, by using Keikyu Kamata Station, which is within walking distance from JR Kamata Station, you can access Haneda Airport, making the area highly convenient for transportation. Kamata, which has long been known as a downtown area, has two station buildings and a shopping street, filled with stores such as supermarkets, fashion stores, restaurants, and bookstores. Furthermore, the area is characterized by a very convenient lifestyle, with public institutions such as the ward office and tax office, and a general hospital located there.
The new store will be relocated to FUNDES Kamata, a newly built highly visible commercial building located in front of the rotary in front of the east exit station, a 1-minute walk from JR Kamata Station, and the store’s equipment and layout will also be completely redesigned. By consolidating the sales and rental stores, which were previously separate stores, on one floor, we will provide customers with a one-stop service through cooperation between sales and rental staff, as well as develop sales activities rooted in the local community.
